We have 12 professional R&D engineers. Each month we will release a new product with the 1st party-level industrial design and 0.15% annual return rate. The factory is equipped with mold room, injection, SMT, Lab room, 14 production lines, auto packing and auto soldering devices. Our modern equipped factory has 500 well-trained workers and our monthly controller production capacity is about 600,000 pieces.

Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
There are about 50 QA workers including IQC, IPQC, FQC, QA, and QE in our factory and they are well trained and have rich experience in quality control. To control the quality, all our incoming raw material will be tested at our laboratory and must pass cable swing, rubber key liability, motor, battery charging, and discharging tests. Each product will be fully controlled in the production line, from the first flow of production, PCBA testing to case assembly and packaging.
Quality Control Procedures
Samples are checked by customers or by our QA and engineers. Incoming material quality is according to both R&D documents and customer's approval. Manufacturing process quality is under the support of our P&E, QA, and R&D departments. All products will be tested one by one before sealed packaging. QA partial inspection is also performed before shipment.

Our materials are sourced from Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, and Hong Kong.
